At Aglow Exports We Have Created a Series of Furniture by innovative joinery method known as Molten Wood Wood Casting. The molten metal chars the area of the wood it comes into contact with darkening it and creating a stark contrast against this relatively light colored metal. The charring also causes further splitting in the wood which the molten metal can penetrate in its liquid form and form a strong bond with as it solidifies. Every Molten Wood Wood Casting item is of course unique due to the natural materials used and the minimal hands-on craftsmanship involved in their making. Each piece of wood has different splits running through it from the drying process, some of which run all the way through to the surface of the furniture, which makes the metal and it’s charring effect even more prominent in the finished product. The metal we used in our Molten Wood Furniture Collection is Aluminum, Brass, Copper and steel. Aluminum, Brass and Copper are preferred metals as it can simply be shaped, is nontoxic and is nonmagnetic. Wood we use in our Molten Wood Furniture is the best and the finest quality of Wood and the life of this kind of Wood is 100-300 of years. We use tree trunks of Sheesham Wood, Acacia wood, Euca Wood for manufacturing elegant furniture for our worldwide buyers.
